The Frames is the vision of Cathy and Rick Edmonds set about to create a luxury lodge style of accommodation that highlighted and embraced the beauty of the Murray River, a place they both love.
They are the descendants of three generations of families in the Riverland, their ancestors being the early free settler pioneers who developed the Riverland region in South Australia.

Pastiche Retreat
This contemporary and light-filled retreat is designed with you in mind. The bedroom, bathroom and outdoor heated pool all have scenic views overlooking the Murray River and are totally private.
The bathroom is luxuriously appointed with a sunken spa that has an in-built waterfall feature to relax inside, an infrared sauna to detox, and a large shower for two overlooking the river.

A romantic sunset cruise with sparkling wine and a cheese platter is the perfect way to end a romantic day, all you need to do is sit back and enjoy the beauty and tranquility of this river ambiance.
Our beautifully restored 100 year old classic wooden boat will cruise along the Murray River, surrounded by abundant wildlife and birds against spectacular sunsets with the lights of Renmark as night falls.
Flavour Safari
From dirt to the dish, discover the diversity of food production in the Riverland. Labelled the ‘food bowl of South Australia’ the Flavour Safari will enable you to taste, smell and learn about the many different products grown and produced in the Riverland.
Your air-conditioned chauffeur driven car will take you to meet the growers, the brewers, the winemaker and producers in this locally inspired behind the scenes tour. Experience local pride and hospitality at its best. This tour includes lunch at the 23rd Street Distillery.
